The site is situated in a relatively new area which lacks of urban square. The proposal takes a new challenge to integrate hotel and office as a mixed used efficiently in a refined plot of land while returning an open plaza area to the people. Various ‘interface’ and ‘medium’ are introduced into the design and act as buffer and interaction zone.   The ground floor is a flexible social space and urban space that allows the public activities to spill over, forming an interesting interface between the building and the city.

建筑周边道路尺度宽大，缺乏慢速城市空间供人们停留，城市绿化带使用率较低，设计试图对此问题提出解决方案，通过建筑场域和城市之间界面的设计，打造生动宜人的城市空间。 方案将建筑首层适当架空，制造出灵活的社交空间，实现架空层空间广场-防护绿地的通畅融合， 不仅丰富了城市风貌，也创造了具有可适性的商务拓展空间。
